Wine Nights at Hazel – Meet the Winemaker: FREEMAN Vinyards
Join us Friday, May 30th for Hazel’s Meet the Winemaker series – a relaxed evening of delicious food, great company, and exceptional wines.
Enjoy a 4-course dinner paired with 9 wines from Freeman Vineyards, known for their Italian-inspired varietals and rich regional character. Tickets $135 per person.
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Brian Freeman, a trailblazer in Australian wine and former head of Wine Science at Charles Sturt University. In 1999, he founded Freeman Vineyards in NSW’s Hilltops region, introducing Australia’s only Rondinella and Corvina vines.
His award-winning wines, including the flagship FREEMAN Secco and new Fiano, showcase bold, Italian-inspired character—on pour all May at Hazel.
